About Your REALTOR:
I am a full time Real Estate Professional specializing in the sale and listing of residential properties throughout the Kitsap area. I take great joy helping my clients realize their dreams of owning a home and I work very hard to make sure the process from home search to move-in is as much as a positive experience as possible!
To help you purchase your new home whether it be your first or your tenth, I like to begin by talking to you about YOU. I will want to know what is important to you and/or your family. Is it location, (employment, family, school district) size of home, style, price point, time frame, or any other important factors. Once we have an outline, then we plan to find the best home for you that will meet your criteria at the best possible price.
When it is time to successfully sell your home, I will sit down with you and explain the marketing techniques used to market your home, the major internet site(s) your home will be listed through including worldwide connections, Q-codes, property web site, social media, direct mail, and seller listing launch. We will also discuss the advantages of professional cleaning, photography, staging, what is my job description, and duties to you as your professional realtor. In addition, after touring your home, I may suggest items or things “to do” that you as a seller can complete to help sell your home and possibly earn a higher return on your sale.
In summary~ When the time comes for you to purchase a new home or sell your current home, I employ the most up-to-date markets methods used in the real estate business today. In order to apply these techniques, I take advantage of tools and support that is offered to me from John L Scott. I spend many hours each year attending or participating in on going education, which include on line classes, seminars, workshops, core classes and labs.
Prior to my Real Estate Profession:
- Bainbridge Photo Lab: Co-owner, 11 years
My brother & I opened Bainbridge Photo Lab in 1985. We provided 1-hour processing services, and developed film, slides and enlargements. Worked with the local real estate agents, appraisers, contractors, local police department, Bainbridge Review paper and the community.
- Aardvark Cleaning: Owner, 16 years
I started this successful business from the ground up. For sixteen years, I employed an average of 12-18 employees and serviced many property management companies and apartment complexes throughout western Washington.
