I am dedicated to transactional excellence for every listing and sale. What this means for you is that we oversee every detail of the real estate transaction. The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow, and loan processes. Communication and collaboration with all the partners and parties involved with the transaction ensures a smooth and timely closing. I am committed to my clients before, during and after a sale.

  6. We will discuss how to prepare your home for sale - what needs to be done to get the highest price possible in the shortest period of time possible.
  7. If you need them, I will refer trusted professionals to help you – like painters, carpenters, stager, movers, lawyer.
  8. If you are buying, I will listen carefully as you describe your unique situation, your needs, and your plans. I will help you translate these into housing specifics and will search out appropriate properties for your consideration.
  9. I will negotiate your purchase or sale on your behalf, discuss options with you, interpret and manage the paperwork, make sure we meet all the necessary deadlines, and take you to successful outcome.
